Category:Movies
Genre: Action & Adventure
Who: Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor

About: An agent who goes undercover trying to stop a group of terrorists from carrying out a mission of nuclear destruction.

The plot is predictable with the good winning over the bad. And it’s been a while since I watched a bollywood movie which has ‘deshum-deshum’, men flying far when being boxed and the classic ‘the hero never gets hit by a string of bullets but when he shoots, it always hit=target. Heheheh.

Also thismovie brings you to many exotic locations such as Morocco, Karachi and even Somalia. Am sure that there are many more locations but I’ve lost count actually. Hehehe.

Songs-review: The movie does not boast much good tunes but I kind of like the one which they had in the club – I’ll do the talking tonight (a combi of India and Russia)

… to draw!

It is true when they say that there is a kid in every adult. I am a living proof of such.

And I can’t stop drawing ever since. Hahaha!

Life is too short to be wasted. So let's enjoy and have fun!

No… No… No… I am not from America but instead from the other side of the globe but this series caught my attention since I first saw the trailer.

So I got myself the DVD for the whole of Season 1.

‘American Horror Story’ truly portrays its title to the core. Horror.

With different kinds of ghosts, all evolving around the same, unfortunate family of 3 (The Harmons) who had moved from Boston to the doomed house in Los Angeles, with the aim of reconstructing their broken family.

Ben, (and I will not go into the details on who acts as who) is the cheating husband who was caught red-handed by his wife, Vivien. They have a teenage daughter by the name of Violet who is nonetheless, rebellious and has dark secrets of her own.

There are also other interesting characters in this series such as Moira, the housemaid… Tate, a troubled teenager who later fell in love with Violet and Constance, the brutally frank and foul-mouthed neighbour who kept appearing at the doorsteps, be it invited or otherwise.

Each episode introduces a new ghost or spirit but it is later found to be that they are all interconnected in a way. And the most interesting part is that, these ghosts can somehow interact and even cooperate with each other.

So what is it with this house that is capable to hold in these ghosts, trapping their souls forever? And will become of the Harmons?

All this, I have already found out since I watched the whole season within a day. That will be 3 discs back to back!

And all that I can say is that, I want more!

Unfortunately, Season 2 won’t be out so soon till the end of this year (I hope).

I thank you because ...

Due to your nature of not being able to keep secrets... You are indirectly doing me a favor - That is by passing on the message.

Which is my exact intention.

Hahaha!

I am now officially a huge fan of Jasper Hale!

I paid no attention to him before this due to being too much in love with Edward... But now...

This guy makes my heart skip a beat everytime I see his pic! And i fall in love with him even deeper when i hear the great music his band (100 Monkeys) has.

Ahhhhhh...

Congratulations to this dad-to-be anyway (biting my nails... Uwahhhhhh)

How... How... How can I not notice him?!

With such little time (better than none), only a teeny weeny portion of Borneo was being explored. I guess it was my cravings to be in a place different from my everyday city-life (Singapore) that urged me to go for another short getaway.

Coincidentally, he who has great interest in primates (which I simply don’t understand why) felt that he needed to visit them in Sarawak, Kuching. With the affordable flight tickets being offered by Air Asia, it was perfect timing for me as well. So I decided to tag-along.

I have never been to East Malaysia but have read about the richness in culture, tradition and wildlife that this country offers. Although I am not the adventurous type, I am neither the diva who can’t stand mud-stains on shoes and being a food supply for mosquitoes. In fact, no matter how icky this sounds, I don’t mind getting myself dirty (ahah!).

He flew first 2 days earlier than mine so this also meant that it would be my first time flying solo. The thought of it was enough to give me sleepless nights because I was afraid that I might screw up. For countless number of times, I seeked for his advise (ahaha!). However, when the day came, it went smoothly and nothing dramatic such as having a hard time with the security police or having lost my luggage happened. I realised that I was just being a silly paranoid. The passenger sitting beside me was not at all unpleasant. The only time my heart-rate increased was when the plane took off. I hate that sick feeling in the stomach. Hur hur hur.

Thank goodness, Sarawak isn’t that far from Singapore and the flight is only 1 hour and 15 minutes long. By 7:55pm and reunited with my man… Ahhhhh…

Since I do not wish to go through another round of pre-selecting and uploading the photos in here whereas I have done so in my facebook account, I figured that it will be easier to just link them across.

1)     Painted memories of Sarawak

2)     Painted memories of Sarawak (The continued story)

With this, I can only conclude that 5 days and 5 nights are NOT enough. We’re already thinking of making a comeback to explore more!

When a worker is 'error-less', it does not always mean that the worker is an excellent employee.

It IS very possible due to the fact that the worker isn't working at all!

When a person doesnt have to report anything or furnish any data or etc, what mistake is there for that person to make?

When a person doesnt have to answer queries etc, what mistakes can this person possibly make.

The longer you are away from your workplace, aint that a sign that you are free from errors and mis-calculations?

And yet, someone in the team got a Warning Letter for having commited an error.

Yet, people who take frequent MCs and doesnt have to sit in for any meetings gets away scot-free. And you must remember, when there is a shortage of manpower, the shit has to be cleaned up by others right? So with the extra load, isnt it fair for that poor person to have overlooked something?

The system is wrong. THIS system is wrong.

There is a saying that it (Office politics) is everywhere. It doesn’t matter whether you change you jobs or request for a transfer to a different department or sector. But in my lifetime, I have worked in places where such does NOT even exist. Where it is free from stress and everybody is happy.

Unfortunately, my times at these places were cut short due to ‘better opportunities’. Not that I am now regretting every single choice that I have made during then but instead, I am thankful for my experiences there because it is… perhaps one of the things that has made me the type of person I am.

Not that much affected by ‘Office Politics’ although I do at times feel like clenching my fingers around some peoples’ necks.

He he he. There is also a saying that everyone has their limit.

Mine was reached several times resulting with an ugly exchange of remarks and tongue-lashing either over the partition or face to face or via email even. Well, I was just letting the hot air out and being honest and frank. It was ugly yeah especially when I was either screaming back or simply talking back like one paikia or something.

But the next day, it is all normal. As long as I have made my point and conveyed my message across without any expectations of understanding or something.

Once, so fuming I was that I just went straight ahead to the highest-ranked person in this project and just blabbered everything out tearfully. Mind you, after having said that, I ended the ‘consultation-session’ with a “Look boss, I am sorry to say this but I have seen too much and been played out too much that I don’t trust anybody in this company. Not even you, you know. I am just saying this because I don’t have anybody else to go to and even if there is, that person is also facing the same thing as me. I don’t care if you want to tell the VP… SVP… Whoever. Seriously”, Fuh! Such was my bravery and guts.

And look where I am now? Still here going through my day-to-day tasks plus new ones (Thanks for the extra jobs) with great passion. It is done not for them but for myself because I have turned so numb to this ‘Office-politics’ that it doesn’t bother me much anymore. They can say whatever they want. They can do whatever they want.

BUT if their conscience is not clear, sooner or later, karma will be running after them. I let them have the best of the fun anyway but we’ll see who gets the last laugh then.

I have run out of inspiration. Argh! This is bad because I'm usually a rambler and a babbler.

Despite haing so much to say, I still can't bring myself to expressing my inner thoughts and feelings through my trusted website. The one which I have maintained since 2007 but only to be paying less attention since erm.. 2 years back, Those weekly quotes don't count because they are sent to me every week and tall hat I need to do is post them here. That too, not being done diligently. So much different from when I was an active blogger.

My life can't be that uneventful right?

Hmmm.. I gave some thought to my weird silence. Then, it came upon me that eventhough I have much to say, I don't have the freedom to say due to its high-senstivity.

Therefore, I figured that it will be much better to keep it under wraps.

Wait till I have recovered from this disease known as 'Writer's Block'...

You really do feast on anger and frustration.

The more you make a minority of us angry...
The happier you get.
The wider you smile.
The louder you applaud.
The brighter that sparkle in your eyes.
The higher your satisfaction becomes.

I can hear that "Yes! Success!" through your blackened heart through your protruding thing.

And one of your targets is going to tick-off soon. Somebody has to do it.

Confrontation.

And just tell you straight on your face that we know what you are doing and what are the reasons behind it.

You do not like to be told off.
You do not when we do not think the same way as you are.
You hate it when we dont cooperate or do it differently from you.

You ALL just think too highly of yourselves mannn.
That you are always right and everybody else is wrong.
You are creating tension instead of harmonizing it.

But just now, it was too much for one
'rebel'. Too much that The Rebel questioned you of your motive. And the answer came from The Rebel herself -that you are simply trying to find her faults.

Halo! We are a team lah siah. Why cant you, instead of sharing information and useful tips (and i mean sincerely sharing. Not saying it in a commanding voice, being bossy and suddenly so loud when big bosses are around)... with me.

Not question us this and that?
Question yourself first!!!!

Oh mu Gawd!

Instead you chose to only speak up when others made a mistake and you lay them out from a list. Where is your heart?

I wont even question on the brain. You obviously dont have any cause you are simply a robot. Do but without thinking.

I do feel sorry for you though. Pitiful indeed!!!
